A riff on the classic Paloma cocktail born in the Mexican town of Tequila, Jalisco in the 1950s, the Palomita (Spanish for ‘little dove’) is a tequila spiked grapefruit soda with a splash of sparkling wine and a sprinkle of salt. A must-drink for any Margarita lover, the Palomita is a sensational spritz certain to get the party started as soon as the sun sets.

Ingredients: Carbonated water, sparkling wine, Arquitecto Tequila, sugar, juice concentrates (pink grapefruit, lime), natural flavours, pectin, food acid (330), Murray River pink salt.
