Our Gingerbread Lavosh is made for the Christmas season only as a special addition to the range, stocks are limited so get them while they last!!!

Made from the best of local ingredients and rolled by hand to make a thin, crisp and spicy savoury wafer biscuit full of ginger and mixed spice. Then brushed with a spiced pure maple syrup, topped with pistachios and a sprinkle of lake salt.

These tasty treats are melt in the mouth delicious with a slight kick.

Complimented beautifully with a creamy blue, mature cheddar or an washed rind with age. Each packet has 3 pieces of bark, so plenty to go round when enjoying with friends.
